Key Responsibilities
- Support client success and seek ways to improve modestly complex requests or issues from clients regarding financial products and services through different channels.

- Routinely receive direction from management, escalate questions, and refer more challenging issues to staff.
- Conduct analysis to determine moderately complex client issues, including consulting with different departments for issue resolution.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in evaluating and addressing the needs of clients or resolving customer issues, or comparable experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of clients, colleagues, and management.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information.
- Experience in delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and relational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
