We're seeking an experienced Customer Service/Repair Representative to join our team in Bartlesville, OK. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service, from repair coordination to delivery. **Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service/Repair Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Coordinating customer property returns for paid repair or warranty processing and shipment
* Managing repairs from customer/channel request through delivery, ensuring timely and efficient execution
* Requesting and entering required information per written process to execute repair
* Managing repair priority with repair techs to meet schedule and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Leading problem resolution activities, including capacity and material constraints, customer issues, and urgent repair turnaround
* Completing repair orders (Service Orders, Sales Orders, Service Notifications) per process, ensuring accurate invoices are sent to customers
* Supporting activities that meet KPIs (delivery, revenue, safety, quality, integrity, etc.) required to successfully manage the business
* Running reports, reviewing detailed datasets, and recommending process changes to improve KPI delivery
* Participating and/or leading improvement activities to meet/exceed service goals
* Supporting other roles or tasks as requested by management
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's Degree
* 2-5 years of experience in customer service, repair management, or a related field
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in using computer software and systems, including repair management systems
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 2 years of experience in repair order management
* 2 years of experience in customer service
* 2 years of experience in managing repair priorities for customers
* 2 years of experience in documentation and reports
* 2 years of experience in problem resolution activities
**Skills and Competencies:**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
