As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, using your own personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet). Our requirements are simple:
* Windows 10 or later operating system
* Minimum of 4GB RAM
* Wired Ethernet LAN connection
* Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted)
* Minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps
* Minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
* ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
* Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
* Proof of internet speed required
* Clean and quiet workspace
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your duties will include:
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
* Upselling if required
**Qualifications**
We are seeking fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you must:
* Have the ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
* Possess 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
* Be over 18 years of age
* Have the ability to type 25 wpm
* Be a High School Graduate or GED holder
* Be comfortable with desktop computer systems
* Possess proven oral and written communication skills
* Demonstrate logical problem-solving skills
* Be able to navigate Windows operating systems
* Possess organization and work prioritization skills
