- Data Management: Utilize various computer software and applications to navigate customer accounts, document case notes, process orders, and handle payment information efficiently.
- Brand Representation: Serve as an ambassador for the blithequark brand, personalizing each interaction to foster customer loyalty and retention. This includes promoting our products and services, as well as providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Performance Standards: Consistently meet attendance requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain high service quality. This includes meeting productivity and quality standards, as well as adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Information Security: Uphold the safety, security, and privacy of all customer information in compliance with company policies and procedures. This includes maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care.
- Additional Support: Perform other tasks as needed to support business operations, including participating in training and development programs, attending team meetings, and contributing to process improvements.
Qualifications and Requirements

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with computer software and applications, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems and helpdesk software.
- Availability: Ability to work 32-40 hours weekly, with various 8-hour shifts during the following hours of operation: 10 am-7 pm Sunday, 7 am-8 pm Monday to Friday, and 9 am-6 pm Saturday (CST).

To work from home, you will need to have a dedicated, secure, and distraction-free workspace, with the following equipment and technology:
- Desktop or Laptop: A desktop or laptop with the latest Operating System installed. No tablets or Chromebooks.
- Monitors: 2 functional monitors (a laptop and a monitor or a desktop and 2 monitors).
- Cell Phone: A cell phone with an active service with a cell phone provider, phone number, and a cell phone charger.
- Web Camera: A web camera (an integrated web camera is permitted).
- Headset: A cell phone headset with a microphone.
- Internet Connection: A stable and reliable internet connection of 50Mps download speed and 5Mps upload speed (check your internet speed at speedtest.net). Cannot use public Wi-Fi.
