Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at Walgreens, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You'll work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing friendly and efficient service to customers, and contributing to the overall success of our stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Experience: Greet customers and patients, offer assistance with products and services, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Customer Service Best Practices: Model and share best practices with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences, including interpersonal skills and Walgreens service values.
- Customer Support: Provide friendly, courteous, prompt, and efficient service to customers, and recommend products and services to meet their needs.
- Sales and Operations: Process transactions, manage cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Store Maintenance: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-stocked, and participate in inventory management.
- Loss Prevention: Implement loss prevention techniques to minimize loss and protect company assets.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and local regulations, including those related to controlled substances.
- Visual Merchandising: Develop and maintain store displays, including special promotions and seasonal merchandise.
- Photography Services: Provide customer support in the photo department, including digital photo printing and online ordering.
- E-commerce: Fulfill online orders, screen orders, and deliver packages to customers.
- Store Appearance: Maintain a clean, neat, and organized store environment, and support external and internal maintenance.
Essential Qualifications
- English Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Flexible Scheduling: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Retail Experience: Six months of experience in a retail environment.
- Walgreens Experience: Previous work experience with Walgreens.
