Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong and diverse skillset, including:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support to customers.
- Flexible working schedule between 8:00 am - 11:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, with the ability to work overtime as needed.
- Strong computer/keyboard skills, with the ability to navigate electronic systems and provide integrated responses to inquiries.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to research requests and provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.
- Superb listening skills with professional oral & written communication, with the ability to build trust and accountability with customers.
- Empathetic communication style, with the ability to understand and address customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
While not essential, the following qualifications and experience are preferred:
- Experience in insurance or financial services, with a strong understanding of policy provisions, claim status, and procedures.
- Prior call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support to customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent, with some college or professional certification a plus.
- Ability to learn quickly and develop an understanding of company products and services, with a passion for customer service and commitment to follow-through.

Compensation and Benefits
