About the Role
We are looking for a talented and dedicated Customer Service Associate to work from the comfort of their own home, providing top-notch support to our valued customers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every interaction with arenaflex is positive, informative, and memorable. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to a high volume of phone calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely, accurate, and friendly manner
- Track orders efficiently and effectively, ensuring that customers receive their products promptly and in good condition
- Identify and capitalize on cross-sell opportunities, enhancing the customer experience and driving sales growth
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, fairly, and in accordance with company guidelines, striving to retain and promote customer loyalty
- Assist with order verification, damaged/lost package claims, and reshipments, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:
- A dedicated home office with a computer, two monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset
- Availability to work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, with flexibility to work overtime hours and weekends during peak seasons
- At least six months of experience working remotely, with a proven track record of productivity and self-motivation
- Minimum two years of experience in a customer-facing role, providing support via email, phone, chat, and social media
- Proficiency in Zendesk or a similar customer service ticketing system, with a strong understanding of metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and more
- Excellent computer skills, including strong data-entry and keyboard skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with bi-lingual skills being a plus
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- A customer-first mindset, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships

- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt to change and innovate
- Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Excellent attention to detail, with a high level of organization and time management skills
