About the Role
This full-remote position offers the chance to work with a dynamic team based in the US, providing after-hours support to our clients. The role comes with a flexible schedule, consisting of a 3-day working week with 4-hour shifts per day, and Saturday and Sunday shifts of 12 hours per day. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and nurses during after-hours, ensuring that their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing timely and effective solutions to client and nurse queries within the scope of after-hours support.
- Resolve client and nurse queries in a compassionate and confident manner, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Provide timely responses to queries received through our texting platform, ensuring that all clients and nurses receive the support they need in a timely manner.
- Notify clients and replace caregiver callouts as necessary, ensuring that our services are delivered seamlessly and without interruption.
- Confirm caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start, ensuring that all caregivers are aware of their schedules and are prepared to provide exceptional care to our clients.
- Perform initial intake for callers potentially interested in our services, providing them with accurate and helpful information about our elderly home-based care and other services.
- Document all scenarios on our platform, as well as update caregiver schedules as needed, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Complete non-urgent admin projects if time allows, contributing to the smooth operation of our after-hours team and the delivery of our services.
Requirements and Qualifications

- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- 10+ years of work experience in customer service and office duties, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support to clients and stakeholders.
- Adaptability and flexibility regarding work hours, with the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Impeccable phone and computer skills, with the ability to navigate our platform and systems with ease.
- Staffing and/or healthcare experience, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by our clients and nurses.
- Experience working remotely and independently, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively in a remote work environment.
