About the Role

This full-remote position offers the chance to work with a dynamic team based in the US, providing after-hours support to our clients. The role comes with a flexible schedule, consisting of a 3-day working week with 4-hour shifts per day, and Saturday and Sunday shifts of 12 hours per day. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and nurses during after-hours, ensuring that their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
