Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for each customer.
- Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler, requiring physical activity and attention to detail to ensure safe transportation.
- Complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in our customer tracking system, ensuring accurate records and follow-up actions.
- Conduct regular inspections of the car-hauler to ensure it remains safe to drive and compliant with blithequark's CMV Driver Qualification policy.
- Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record, adhering to blithequark's driving policies and procedures.
- Obtain a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment, with the process sponsored by blithequark, and satisfy state-specific requirements related to access DMV/title and registration systems.
Essential Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto our haulers, in indoor and outdoor conditions with occasional exposure to inclement/extreme weather.
- Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours), with high and low levels of movement, including reaching, twisting, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, and squatting.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Requires the grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling of items of 50lbs, with frequent driving requiring excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field, with knowledge of cars and the car-buying process.
- Commercial driving experience or a commercial driver's license (CDL), although not required, is an asset.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
