About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Engage and educate patients, members, and customers through outbound calls to discuss healthcare needs, benefits, and in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations
• Approach each interaction with a sales-minded approach, building rapport and presenting the value of the healthcare program in a way that resonates with the member's needs
• Build meaningful relationships with customers, effectively explain the healthcare program, and manage resistance by addressing concerns and highlighting benefits
• Help members set healthcare goals and guide them toward meeting those goals by educating them about the program and its advantages
• Identify, research, and resolve potential issues while providing exceptional customer service
• Promote healthcare benefits, addressing member concerns with empathy and senior sensitivity, ensuring that conversations are value-driven and solution-oriented

What Success Looks Like

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstration of caring and compassion
• Able to provide 2 monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
