Key Responsibilities
- Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to their queries and providing them with accurate and helpful information
- Represent our automotive dealer clients in a favorable and professional manner, ensuring that their brand reputation is upheld at all times
- Utilize your gaming experience to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to customer problems
- Work independently in a remote environment, managing your time effectively to meet performance targets and deadlines
- Attend remote training sessions, as required, to develop your skills and knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to share best practices, resolve issues, and improve overall performance
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Live within the state of Iowa, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
- Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse, meeting the minimum technical specifications (8 GB of RAM, 64bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core i3 equivalent or higher)
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred, although not essential
