As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will play a critical role in improving the customer experience by providing in-station real-time, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. Your role will also involve connecting customers with experts who can provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where our leading logistics system operates. As orders are dispatched and delivered, you will be in contact with our warehouse associates, delivery partners, and customers when they need guidance. You will be responsible for informing our delivery partners when a customer needs to reschedule a delivery, and you will work to resolve any delivery issues that arise, ensuring that our customers have a great experience every time without having to contact blithequark.
