We are now seeking an experienced Customer Service and Scheduling Coordinator to join our team, working from the comfort of your own home, to support our customers and contribute to our mission.

Job Overview

This is a full-time, work-from-home position, operating Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. As a Customer Service and Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating the scheduling of service work orders, including fire inspections, CO inspections, and annual recurring inspections. Your primary responsibilities will include answering inbound phone calls and emails to schedule service, contacting customers regarding trouble notifications, and attempting to resolve and/or schedule service when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess a High School diploma or equivalent, coupled with one to two years of relevant customer service or scheduling experience. Creative thinking, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and providing outstanding customer service are essential. You should also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to complete tasks accurately and within strict time constraints.
