Job Overview

In this critical role, you will serve as the primary interface between customers, repair technicians, manufacturing, and logistics personnel to coordinate customer property returns for paid repair or warranty processing and shipment. Your exceptional customer service skills, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in ensuring seamless communication, timely issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing repairs, leading problem resolution activities, and driving process improvements to meet and exceed service goals.
