As a Customer Experience Professional at blithequark, you will be responsible for communicating with customers in a professional manner, utilizing all available resources and technology to deliver effective and customer-centric support across multiple channels of communication, including phone, email, chat, and text.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service or sales experience. You should also be proficient in using basic computer tools and navigating between applications, with intermediate to advanced knowledge of customer service, reading, and writing.

In addition, you must have a minimum home internet speed of 20 mb/s download and 5mb/s upload to perform this job successfully. You can verify your internet speed by running a test on a computer using your home internet network.
