We're a remote co-located team with hubs across the US, UK, Ireland, Poland, and Germany, and we're growing rapidly. To support our expansion, we're seeking forward-thinking problem solvers to join our Customer Experience team. As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll play a critical role in driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Agent at Blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with buyers and sellers to ensure a positive experience. Your primary goal will be to make sure our customers receive their products as quickly as possible and resolve any issues that may arise. You'll be an expert in our products, processes, and systems, working closely with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve open questions.

As a remote co-located team, we operate out of hubs within the US, UK, Ireland, Poland, and Germany. Team members in this role are required to be within commuting distance of our Phoenix, AZ hub.
