**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, providing exceptional support and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, responding to their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a courteous and professional manner
* Provide accurate and timely information, resolving complex issues and escalating concerns to senior representatives as needed
* Utilize arenaflex's CRM system to track customer interactions, update records, and maintain accurate information
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, share knowledge, and improve processes
* Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed support
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
**What You'll Need**
* 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Basic typing and computer skills, with excellent navigational skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
