Job Overview

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, with excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
- 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a customer service or call center, with a strong understanding of the importance of teamwork and collaboration.
- Experience working in a healthcare environment, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and support.
