Job Overview

• Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, providing clear and concise information to ensure customer satisfaction

• Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, building trust and loyalty with every interaction

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
• 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
• Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
• Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered for this position

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Experience working in a customer service or call center environment, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience working in a healthcare environment, with a strong understanding of healthcare concepts and terminology
• Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
