About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain mass market billing accounts, including call handling, billing inquiries, collections, moves, and investigations of billing exceptions/disputes.
- Operate according to performance standards and expectations to ensure customer service quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Complete accurate and thorough processes, procedures, and follow-up for various customer account types.
- Respond to customer communications, including letters, mail, faxes, emails, chat, and inter-department inquiries.
- Achieve customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity levels in accordance with operational targets.
- Complete other tasks and activities as business needs dictate, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Secondary school education or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of clerical and customer contact experience.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to exercise good judgment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent analytical skills, decision-making ability, negotiations, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively, complete a variety of tasks concurrently, and work under pressure.

- Mass market billing experience.
