As a Customer Care Agent at Blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers get the best out of our solution, providing exceptional guidance and support via phone and email.

The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Development Team in California (remote), Colorado (hybrid), or Texas (remote). As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing accurate information about our platform and its features, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating complex problems to the relevant departments.
