As a Customer Care Agent at Blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers get the best out of our solution, providing exceptional guidance and support via phone and email.

The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Development Team in California (remote), Colorado (hybrid), or Texas (remote). As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing accurate information about our platform and its features, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating complex problems to the relevant departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously via phone and email.
• Provide accurate information about our platform and its features, ensuring customers get the most out of our solution.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
• Support the improvement of our Customer Development operation, providing valuable insights and feedback to drive growth and innovation.

Requirements and Qualifications

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional support. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service or support, using technical documentation to navigate platforms and processes.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to quickly grasp and explain complex technical concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Experience communicating customer issues to internal teams, with a focus on collaboration and resolution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in software or tech organizations, with a understanding of technical platforms and processes.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
• Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with a strong ability to work independently.
