Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans, utilizing your knowledge of math education to inform instruction and drive student success
- Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students, leveraging your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with families and promote our programs
- Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress, ensuring that parents and guardians are informed and engaged in their child's education
- Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting, using your leadership and mentoring skills to support the growth and development of our instructors
- Manage students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions, using data and feedback to inform instruction and drive student success
- Mentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staff, helping to build a strong and effective team
- Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices, demonstrating your expertise and passion for math education
- Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and innovations in math education
- Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment, ensuring that our center is a positive and supportive space for all students
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, using your organizational and time management skills to support the smooth operation of our center
Essential Qualifications:
- Passion for education and working with students, with a strong commitment to making a positive impact on their lives
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Eagerness to learn and be trained, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and initiatives

- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities, using your leadership and management skills to drive success
- Proficiency in computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in education or a related field, with a strong understanding of math education and the needs of K-12th grade students
- Background in math or education, with a degree or certification in a related field
- Experience with sales or customer service, with a strong ability to build relationships and promote our programs
- Leadership or management experience, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving results
- Familiarity with digital educational materials and processes, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
