Job Summary:
We are looking for an accomplished Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to a small group of executives and occasionally other leaders within Netflix USA. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, fast-thinking, proactive, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Studio Leadership Team with scheduling meetings and appointments with various groups across different locations and time zones in close collaboration with other Executive Assistants within the global Netflix organization
- Serve as the primary point of coordination for visitors to the Washington office from other Netflix offices and teams, including arranging itineraries, coordinating logistics, and making travel arrangements
- Plan and coordinate large and small events in or outside the office in collaboration with Communications and Office teams (e.g., off-sites, gatherings, including plan planning, booking facilities and catering, and tracking budgets)
- Support the Office Team in various projects around the office as needed
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant, providing support to multiple executives at a fast-paced company (experience in a gaming/tech setting or similar)
- Experience working in a global environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders through written and verbal communications
- Excellent communicator and team player who can build strong relationships with vendors, and internal and external partners
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Finnish language skills are a plus)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Ability to create clear and concise materials using the mentioned tools, including trackers, presentations, plans, and notices
