About the Role:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20-$23, as well as a comprehensive benefits program, including health care options, 401k savings with company match, and opportunities for career growth and advancement. As an Evening & Weekend Receptionist, you'll be responsible for:

• Welcoming clients to our dealership with a warm, professional demeanor, setting the tone for their luxury experience
• Answering calls with exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills, directing inquiries to the proper party or obtaining information for follow-up
• Serving as a brand ambassador, embodying our values and promoting our luxury automotive brand
• Performing other duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective process

Requirements:

• Motivated individual with a people-oriented personality, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Valid driver's license
