Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach works closely with the Head Coach to elevate the program’s performance on and off the field. Core duties include, but are not limited to:
- Recruitment & Talent Identification: Assist the Head Coach in scouting, evaluating, and recruiting academically qualified athletes who possess the technical, tactical, and mental attributes to thrive in a Division I environment.
- Player Development: Design and implement position‑specific training sessions, assist with skill clinics, and provide individualized feedback to improve technical proficiency, game intelligence, and physical conditioning.
