Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data into our systems from various sources, verifying data for accuracy and integrity, and maintaining electronic records and files. You will also conduct regular quality assurance checks to identify and correct errors in data, collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies, and generate reports as required by management. This is a part-time remote position, requiring part-time commitment and flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry: Accurately inputting data into our systems from various sources, including paper documents, digital files, and other data sources.
• Data Verification: Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data through careful verification processes, including cross-checking data against established criteria and identifying and correcting errors.
• Maintaining Records: Organizing and maintaining electronic records and files, including updating and retrieving data as required.
• Quality Assurance: Conducting regular checks to identify and correct errors in data, and implementing processes to prevent errors from occurring in the future.
• Communication: Collaborating with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure data consistency, and communicating with management and other stakeholders as required.
• Adherence to Guidelines: Following established guidelines and procedures to maintain data security and confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Reporting: Generating reports as required by management, including data analysis and insights.

Essential Qualifications

• Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on accuracy and precision in data entry tasks, and to identify and correct errors.
• Time Management: Capable of managing workload efficiently and meeting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks as required.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and ability to learn new software applications.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement solutions effectively, and to analyze data to inform decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications
