Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Successful Adoption and Utilization: Work closely with government partners to ensure they fully adopt, use, and leverage the RUBICONSmartCity software, driving maximum ROI and achieving their goals.
- Build Strong Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with government staff and municipal leadership, understanding their needs and providing tailored support to meet their expectations.
- Balance Stakeholder Expectations: Advocate for our customers while balancing internal and external stakeholder expectations, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.

Essential Qualifications
