Schedule and Work Environment

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, with hours of operation from Sunday through Saturday, 4:00 AM - 8:00 PM Pacific. Our managers work to give agents their preferred shifts as much as possible, with shifts typically assigned based on seniority.

We're a remote team, and we provide the flexibility to work from anywhere within the U.S. You'll need a reliable computer/laptop and high-speed internet connection to perform your duties.

Compensation and Benefits

We're offering a competitive hourly rate of $19-$23 per hour, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
