Customer Support Specialist: A Key Role in Delivering Outstanding Client Experience
We're seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As a critical member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for addressing and resolving client queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. This role requires a unique blend of technical skills, business acumen, and interpersonal abilities, as you'll be working closely with clients, process servers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support tickets, addressing questions and resolving issues related to existing orders, and provide timely updates to clients.
- Manage high-volume phone calls to assist clients with existing orders and guide new customers through the online ordering process.
- Respond to emails and address queries from clients, internal departments, and process servers, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and concerns.
- Document issues in Confluence, maintaining accurate records and facilitating knowledge sharing across the team.
- Visit court dockets to retrieve information on case filings and occasionally pull filed papers, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED, coupled with 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PDF Editor, and phone systems, with a strong foundation in technology-driven solutions.
- Document manipulation experience, with the ability to review, edit, and manage documents with accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- A typing speed of at least 55 wpm, demonstrating efficiency and productivity.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining a high level of work product under stressful situations.
- A proactive approach to issue resolution, with the ability to anticipate and circumvent potential problems.
- A willingness to implement new processes and changes, driving performance improvement and growth.
