Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience engaging with clients (call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military experience)
* Proficiency in Windows-based applications
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Reliable and compliant with scheduling standards
