• Navigate our computerized system to respond to and troubleshoot applicants' questions, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Stay up-to-date with our application programs, ensuring you're knowledgeable about the latest features and updates.

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support to customers.
• Technically savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, adapting to new challenges and priorities with ease.
• Ability to handle a high volume of activity across multiple channels (phone, email, and chat).

• U.S. work authorization is required.

Preferred Qualifications
