We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Concierge to join our Centurion Lounge team at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. As a representative of American Express, you'll be responsible for delivering superior service to our premium Card Members, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services that exceed their expectations.
About the Role:
- Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at the Centurion Lounge
- Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring seamless and personalized service
- Create innovative solutions to resolve customer issues and concerns, driving brand loyalty and enthusiasm
- Employ the Customer First philosophy, meeting customers' needs and expectations with exceptional communication skills
- Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, as well as travel consultations and reservation assistance
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred, including reservation experience
- Exceptional communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility to adapt to changing situations
- Professionalism, positive attitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality
