Key Responsibilities

• Assess customers' needs and suggest relevant products and services for their home and business requirements.
• Adjust billing, negotiate claims, and arrange product substitutions or returns as needed.
• Manage customer concerns while meeting Serving, Solving, and Selling goals.
• Stay up-to-date on blithequark Business products and services to provide informed support.
• Own the customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
• Provide support to internal sales representatives, contributing to a cohesive and effective team.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who is not only skilled but also passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Here's what we're looking for:

Minimum Qualifications

• A high school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• At least 6 months of experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens.
• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Residency in Wichita, KS, Baton Rouge, LA, Oklahoma City, OK, Omaha, NE, Hampton Roads, VA, or surrounding areas.
• Excellent skills in creating exceptional customer experiences, sales orientation, multi-tasking, and problem-solving.
• The ability to learn and apply new procedures, work in a structured call center environment, and demonstrate good teamwork and communication skills.
• Solid analytical skills to determine the best course of action for resolving customer issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working in a sales-oriented role.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service position, preferably in a non-call center environment.
• A strong aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus.
• The ability to adapt to constant change and remain flexible.
