• conduct content audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
• plan and execute A/B tests to measure performance.
• analyze data to evaluate content success and inform recommendations.
• facilitate workshops and group conversations to achieve conceptual alignment.
• manage and influence key stakeholders effectively.
• communicate ideas clearly and respond thoughtfully to feedback.
• use empathy and narrative structure to communicate persuasively and clearly.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, technical writing, or a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing strong content design skills. Experience within the advertising industry or working on a digital ad platform is preferred.
• strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and a desire to learn and grow in this rapidly evolving field.
• exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language.
• proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that align with business objectives and user needs.
• highly collaborative and adaptable team player who can work effectively with diverse cross-functional teams.
• problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing content challenges.
• meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free content.
