Job Summary

We're seeking a certified Medical Assistant to work remotely as a Patient Refill Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for receiving and responding to prescription refill requests, verifying the validity and accuracy of requests, preparing and dispensing prescription refills, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you'll need to be proficient in medical terminology and have experience working with Electronic Medical Records or Electronic Health Records.
