We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager to identify and contact HR decision-makers to present our Wonda B2B model as a benefit and lead them to contract conclusion. The position is initially limited to one year with the option of takeover and can be filled full-time or part-time.
Requirements
- Existing, reliable network of contacts to HR departments of larger companies in Germany as well as contacts to managing directors of smaller and medium-sized companies
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in recruiting, HR, SaaS, or benefit-related fields
- Understanding of the challenges of working parents – personal experience with babysitter search is a plus
