About the Role
The Delivery Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our aircraft to customers worldwide. As a key member of our Flight Operations team, you'll be responsible for procuring and inventorying loose equipment, conducting customer briefings, and coordinating with internal departments to meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage procurement of aircraft documents, subscriptions, loose equipment, vendor briefings, and departure.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as Quality, Airworthiness, and Certification, to ensure accuracy and resolve issues.
- Plan and execute customer delivery presentations, including aircraft placement, signage, carpet, photographer, special events, static displays, and special requests.
- Demonstrate and inventory loose equipment with customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the aircraft's features and capabilities.
- Assist customers with aircraft departure, including loading equipment, CSP&P spares, catering, aircraft stores, electronic equipment, software updates, luggage, and special requests.
- Maintain delivery hangars, customer delivery areas, equipment rooms, presentation equipment, and safety items.
- Work with internal departments to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and enhance the customer delivery process.
- Foster a customer-centric approach, ensuring complete satisfaction throughout the delivery process.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Less than 2 years of professional experience in a relevant role.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
- Strong written and verbal business communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed and team-centric environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Project Manager.
