Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, U.S.-based Independent Sales Representative to promote and sell Receply.ai to small and mid-sized businesses across the country. This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 contractor role — ideal for entrepreneurial sales professionals who thrive on performance and want unlimited earning potential. Key Responsibilities Prospect, qualify, and build relationships with potential customers (small business owners, agencies, service providers). Present product demos (training provided) and explain Receply.ai’s value proposition. Generate your own leads or work with leads provided by the company. Manage your own sales pipeline and report progress weekly. Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding for new customers. Represent Receply.ai professionally and uphold a consultative, value-driven sales approach. Requirements Location: U.S.-based (remote work). Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition (B2B SaaS preferred). Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and hit targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Comfortable with commission-only compensation model (no base salary).
