Job Details: • 1:1 Nursing in patient's home - pet in house • 8yr old with Developmental delay, Gastrostomy, Non-ambulatory, Non-verbal, Oxygen, Seizure activity, Tracheostomy, Ventilator • Part-time scheduling (Full-time or per diem cases available) • Weekend nurses needed for overnights and day shifts • Patient-specific training provided • Other cases/shifts available in surrounding areas (Contact us for more info) Available Shifts: Apply for one or both days: Shift 1 - • SAT & SUN OVERNIGHT SHIFTS 8AM-8PM (24 HOURS TOTAL) • POTENTIAL WEEKLY SALARY (24HRS): $1,008 Requirements: • Some experience with tracheostomy and ventilator required • NYS Nursing licensure required • Must be computer literate • Completion of onboarding required prior to training • Must be able to complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift being completed • Must have malpractice insurance Compensation: • Sign on bonus starting at $2,500* • $42/hr for 6 months, then $34-$35 Benefits: • Competitive compensation • Differential pay based on education, experience, certifications, and working in high need areas • Paid Vacation & Sick time • Training provided including paid clinical orientation, preceptorship, and ongoing skills labs • Flexible work hours & scheduling • 1:1 Working environment • 24 Hour Support from our Administrative Team • Retirement savings program • 401k • Health Insurance for full-time staff, $0 deductible plans available • Tuition reimbursement after 6 months and CEU credits • Referral Bonus incentives starting at $500 per referral • Remote onboarding available • Sign on bonus paid incrementally.
