Providing excellent customer service to all bank customers by greeting them, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns in a friendly and professional manner. Processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with bank policies and procedures. Promoting and cross-selling bank products and services to customers in a proactive manner. Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all bank products and services and effectively communicating their features and benefits to customers. Ensuring compliance with all banking regulations and procedures to protect customer information and prevent fraud. Balancing cash drawers and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. Assisting customers with account inquiries, statement requests, and other banking needs. Collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency. Maintaining a neat and organized work area, including restocking supplies and keeping equipment in good working condition. Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance job skills and knowledge. Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements to management.
