Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions for recurring technical issues. Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the team. Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer inquiries and escalations. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet individual and team targets. Communicate effectively with customers and team members through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction. Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical and customer service skills. Adhere to strict confidentiality and security protocols to protect customer data. Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional customer service and improve overall customer satisfaction.
