Who You Are We're seeking high-energy, commission-driven Sales Setters who thrive on making cold calls and enjoy the opportunity to earn substantial rewards by delivering results. Your mission is straightforward: call roofing company owners, qualify them, and schedule sales appointments with our team. You’ll be rewarded per qualified appointment – the hungriest dogs eat best. Responsibilities • Make 50–100 cold calls per day to roofing businesses • Identify qualified leads based on the provided criteria • Set appointments with decision-makers • Occasionally, execute warm handoffs for immediate connection to a closer • Log call outcomes, appointment data, and feedback Physical Requirements • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while working.
