Remote RN--Non-Compact Licensures Required

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced per diem Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will go through paid training and then pick up hours as needed. Hours can vary . This role requires a compact RN license in the state of residency, and licensure in non-compact states (NY, IL, HA, CT, CA, MI, MN ). Please note you must hold these licenses in order to be considered for the position. Candidate must have strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment, remotely. Duties • Accurately assess, record, and escalate patient concerns according to established guidelines. • Provide high-quality patient care through remote patient monitoring, ensuring all protocols, workflows, and documentation standards are followed consistently. • Maintain timely and thorough communication with patients, providers, and care team members. Requirements • Compact RN license in state of residency. • Current RN licensure in these non-compact states : CA, IL, NY, HA, MI, MA, OR, MN, CT • Quiet, professional work environment free from background noise and interruptions during scheduled hours • Reliable high-speed internet connection capable of supporting secure video conferencing and data transmission. • HIPAA-compliant workspace, ensuring privacy and confidentiality for all patient interactions and documentation. • Uphold compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory requirements in every aspect of patient interaction and documentation. • Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues and maintain basic computer proficiency. • Availability to work scheduled shifts without disruption to workflow or patient care. Pay: From $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 12 per week Work Location: Remote
