[Remote] Amazon and Marketplace Director

They are seeking an Amazon and Marketplace Director to lead the growth of their North American business, focusing on scaling operations and building a high-performing team to drive market expansion and client success. Responsibilities • Own revenue growth, client acquisition, and strategic relationships across the North American market. • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing service delivery team with a focus on excellence and innovation. • Drive new business pipeline growth, leading sourcing and pitching efforts with global support. • Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and consistent results. • Develop and scale solutions using proprietary technology platforms, embedding data-driven tools to drive performance. Skills • Proven success in a senior leadership role within Amazon-first or eCommerce-led organisations. • Strong experience with Amazon and Walmart ecosystems, including retail and advertising strategy. • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor teams. • Commercial acumen, able to identify new business opportunities and drive cross-channel growth. • Strategic thinker with hands-on capability, able to combine vision with operational execution.
