Pastor of Worship and Media Arts
We are looking for passionate, theologically grounded man who will help engage the hearts and minds of our congregation in Biblical and Christ-honoring worship; provide vision and leadership to worship team(s) and other ministries at Life Bridge. If gifted, will also oversee media arts which includes website development and management, graphic arts, etc. Some responsibilities include: • Organize, plan and lead the worship service development process. • Arrange music/songs for use in worship services that fit with that Sunday’s message. • Continue to expand the team using a variety of instruments. • Create and maintain a schedule for musicians and vocalists. • Develop and oversee at least one additional worship team. • Develop and oversee at least one new worship leader. • Increase the vocal and instrumental skills of the worship team. • Actively recruit new musicians and vocalists.
