Overview: Hiring a Zoho Consultant to lead and execute the Zoho CRM implementation and integration program, partnering with an internal senior development team. Duration: 2 months - full-time hours, chance client will request ongoing long-term consulting support on a part-time basis Location: 100% remote in US only Rate: $80-95/hr W2 Build scalable integrations, workflows, and analytics; provide ongoing support/ownership. Key Responsibilities: • Configure core CRM foundation: roles/titles/ownership structure and visibility rules. • Define and implement Lead Status lifecycle and disqualification controls (lost reason/notes). • Build Blueprints/Workflows including call outcome transition buttons (Positive/Neutral/Negative/No Response) and downstream task automation. • Design and implement integrations/APIs between Zoho CRM and internal Sales Portal plus key external systems (Apollo, PlanHub, BuildingConnected, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, enrichment tools). • Ensure actions in the Sales Portal (e.g., job sites/carts) are mirrored into Zoho CRM with reliable, automated sync. • Build analytics/reporting dashboards for CEO, CRO, Sales Managers, RevOps, and Data. • Support data enrichment, scorecards, and monitoring of bots/integrations to maintain data quality. • Partner with the Finance lead on the future Gusto. Zoho finance/accounting migration strategy (legacy data separation). • Deliver documentation and handoff materials (blueprint diagrams, workflow logic, field/report definitions, admin guide). Requirements: • Hands-on Zoho CRM implementer with strong Blueprint/Workflow automation and integration experience. • Comfortable partnering with senior developers and owning requirements through delivery and documentation. • 5+ years implementing/administering Zoho CRM (or equivalent CRM with a strong Zoho track record) • Zoho Blueprints, Workflows, validation rules, and custom module/field design • API/integration experience (REST, webhooks); Zoho Deluge/Zoho Functions • Reporting/dashboard build; data mapping, duplication, and quality controls • Zoho Analytics/Zoho Creator Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
