We're on the hunt for a detail-oriented Writer who specializes in creating structured content for social media and marketing in the real estate industry.
Your mission? Craft YouTube video scripts, write blogs, emails, social media captions & ads that accurately represent our real estate leaders' voices and help grow their brands.
This role requires someone who thrives in structured environments, follows processes consistently, and can adapt to different brand voices while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Enjoy researching
- Write structured YouTube scripts monthly for clients
- Write weekly email newsletters following established formats
- Turn videos into well-organized blogs
- Accurately echo clients' voice and brand consistently
Requirements:
- Write clear, engaging YouTube video scripts, short-form video scripts (e.g., Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), emails, and other content (like website) for clients in the real estate industry.
- Follow established content frameworks and processes
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop content that aligns with the client's goals and brand identity.
- Research clients' past content and industry trends to understand their voice, tone, and target audience.
- Tailor content to reflect the client's voice, tone, preferences, and feedback, ensuring consistent brand representation across all marketing materials.
- Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and real estate industry trends, incorporating best practices into content strategies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and follow processes in a fast-paced environment.
Results:
- We will build (and maintain) a 2-3 week buffer on client scripts
- Write video scripts that maintain a 30-50%+ viewer retention
- Ensure a newsletter retention rate that never dips below 30-35%
- Write unique, fact + plagiarism checked, grammar & spelling checked content with simple & understandable language that matches each client's voice
- Deliver content that has a high client satisfaction score

Salary & opportunities:
- Pay can range from $1,400 to $2,600+ USD per month based on skill & experiences, volume of output and bonuses
- You'll work under a full client success manager as you learn the trade
- You'll be assigned clients slowly as we begin to build your confidence
- You'll be graded on your client performance results
- Once you are managing a full slate (we have a dashboard to determine a full slate based on the bandwidth taken up by the types of clients on your plate) you can be promoted to full-time Ghostwriter
