Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Wedding Stationery Designer to create beautifully designed templates using our existing library of illustrations and design assets. This role involves designing a variety of stationery items for both pre-wedding and on-the-day events. If you’re someone who loves layout design and has a strong understanding of print production, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design wedding stationery templates, including (but not limited to):

  • Save the Dates

  • Invitations

  • RSVP cards

  • Order of Service booklets

  • Table numbers

  • Place cards

  • Menus

  • Signage

• Utilize existing design assets and illustrations to maintain brand consistency

• Prepare artwork for print with correct bleeds, crops, and file formatting

• Understand die-cutting and custom finishing processes to optimize template designs

• Collaborate with the creative director to align designs with brand vision and seasonal collections

• Revise and improve templates based on feedback

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in layout design or stationery design (wedding or event-related is a plus)

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign and Illustrator

• Understanding of professional print preparation, including:

  • File setup

  • Bleed and crop marks

  • Die-line setup

  • CMYK and spot color management

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for elegant, refined design

• Ability to manage your own schedule and deliver work on time

• Bonus: Experience using Figma for prototyping or collaborative design
