Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer and typing proficiency
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Provide real-time support on orders, returns, payments, and policies
Document customer interactions and maintain records accurately
Resolve complaints or escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
Maintain Walmart’s standard of professionalism and courtesy
Meet performance goals for response time, satisfaction, and issue resolution
$19–$22 per hour depending on experience
