About the position This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a VP, Solutions Engineering in United States. This role is a strategic leadership position responsible for shaping and executing the technical vision of a Solutions Engineering organization across North America. The VP will lead and scale high-performing teams of Solutions Engineers and Directors, working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to accelerate revenue growth, improve win rates, and drive customer success. This position blends executive strategy with hands-on engagement, including oversight of proof-of-concepts, architecture reviews, and technical validations. The ideal candidate is a seasoned technology leader with deep experience in observability, SaaS solutions, or digital experience platforms, and a proven track record of building customer-focused technical teams in fast-paced, competitive environments. You will influence technical strategy, enablement, and operational excellence while mentoring leaders to maximize organizational impact. Responsibilities • Lead, mentor, and develop a North American Solutions Engineering team, including Directors and Solutions Engineers • Drive technical strategy aligned with sales, product, and go-to-market objectives • Partner with Sales to influence pipeline, drive new business, expansion, and renewals • Own metrics related to win rates, technical validation cycles (POCs, pilots), and SE capacity planning • Collaborate with Marketing and Enablement to deliver demos, architecture designs, reference materials, and technical content • Introduce and optimize scalable processes for customer workshops, architecture reviews, and technical evaluations • Represent Solutions Engineering in business planning, forecasting, and executive leadership discussions Requirements • 10+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Architecture, or similar) • 5+ years leading managers in a scaling technology company • Deep expertise in one or more of: AIOps, Digital Employee Experience, Cloud/Network/Application/Infrastructure Observability • Demonstrated success partnering with enterprise Sales organizations to drive revenue growth • Experience in fast-paced, competitive SaaS environments • Executive presence with strong communication, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills • Ability to balance long-term planning with hands-on execution and team development Benefits • Flexible workplace policies and hybrid work options • Employee Resource Groups and career progression pathways • Learning and development opportunities and professional growth programs • Global employee wellness programs supporting physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing • Community engagement initiatives • Recognition programs and performance-based incentives Apply Now Apply Now
